I have been in the customer service business ever since my days in high school many years ago. I am a people person and go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and taken care of. I will listen to your needs and then offer you a solution. I pride myself in making sure I always reply to and email or phone call the same day. I am accessible on the weekends too if need be. And I am always in touch. I LOVE meeting my clients. In fact, I enjoy that the most.
My whole career is based off knowing the products I offer inside and out and to be able to offer the best price for the product. Therefore, it is vitally important for me to be an independent broker. I would never want to work with a company knowing there are better prices or products elsewhere. I want to offer the best!
What gives me the greatest satisfaction of all is that I am on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Facial Pain Association. I also have my own support group and webpage at www.trigeminal.org. I like to give back to help those suffering from trigeminal neuralgia because I am a survivor/warrior of this painful disease.
I am a dad of 4 beautiful girls and married 32 years to my lovely wife, Lisa. They all keep me busy but I manage to find time to get on my mountain or road bike for challenging long rides. If you are a cyclist, you better let me know! I also love hiking and mountain climbing. I have not been in a gym for many years. I would rather be outside enjoying everything life has to offer. I have learned to appreciate and enjoy the little things in life.
Lastly, I would like to mention my love for the Lord. All I’ve done and my progress in my battle with trigeminal neuralgia is all in God’s glory. Without him beside me and carrying me, I could not have made it. I am active with San Clemente Presbyterian church and Billy Graham is my hero!
